Cancellation Policy

  1. At the moment you confirm your reservation with credit card or bank transfer, you will be accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policies.
  2. Cancellations until 30 days prior arrival to the hotel will have a penalization equal to two nights (taxes included).
  3. Any cancellation realized between 15 and 29 days prior arrival will have a penalization equal to three nights (taxes included).
  4. Cancellations done between 14 or less days prior arrival or no show won’t have any refund.
  5. Any change is subject to availability. In case there is no availability, it will be applied a credit favoring you. There won’t be any credit, or refund or changes to your reservation with less than 30 days prior your arrival date.
  6. It won’t be any refund or credit in case there is bad weather, hurricanes, tropical storms, seaweed, including any inconvenience or complication that could happen because direct impact or hurricane alert in the region. Hurricanes are unpredictable by nature. We invite you to get an insurance travel that protect you from these inconvenients. Azura Tulum won’t be responsible by any extra cost, evacuation or inconveniences that could happen by a storm or hurricane.
  7. Taxes will be hold equal to 19% (​VAT 16%, Hotel Taxes 3%).
  8. Any refund will be done through bank transfer and will be subject to the correspondent taxes. We are not able to refund in case of flight cancellation. Again we recommend you to get a flight insurance.
  9. Please remember that among December 19th and January 4th, any deposit is not refundable.
  10. Azura Tulum and his staff won’t be responsible by any psychological or physical damage as result or connection to: any delay or cancellation. In case one guest gets sick during his vacations or if he needs to interrupt his stay, any medical expense or hospital must be under his responsibility. Economic crisis, social revolution, politics or labour problems, electricity failures caused by weather, maintenance or difficulty with construction, complaints, lost, damage, costs, delays, in satisfaction by any cause that is beyond any reasonable hotel reach; which includes nature acts, such as hurricane, storms, mudslides, etc, flights changes or cancellations, strikes, labour disputes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, sickness or epidemies, unexpected situations or local laws.
  11. Azura Tulum is not responsible to any advices to the travel requirements in the country.
  12. Also, Azura Tulum is not responsible by any lost that has not left in the safety box in your apartment, or any lost that take place in the room and it is not locked with key.

Minor Policies

●  During Holiday Season each extra guest nightly rate $50usd

●  2 years old kids or less no extra charge

●  3 years old kids or more $30 usd nightly rate

●  12 years old or more, adult rate

●  Pets (15 pounds/7kg) nightly rate $30 usd

Waiver Letter

Azura Tulum and his staff won’t be responsible by any psychological or physical damage as result or connection to:

  1. Any delay or cancellation. In case one guest gets sick during his vacations or if he needs to interrupt his stay, any medical expense or hospital must be under his responsibility.
  2. Economic crisis, social revolution, politics or labour problems, electricity failures caused by weather, maintenance or difficulty with construction, complaints, lost, damage, costs, delays, insatisfaction by any cause that is beyond any reasonable hotel reach; which includes nature acts, such as hurricane, storms, mudslides, etc, flights changes or cancellations, strikes, labour disputes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, sickness or epidemies, unexpected situations or local laws.
  3. Missing documents, such as passport, visa, health certificate if requested. Azura Tulum is not responsible to any advices to the travel requirements in the country.
  4. Any lost items that wouldn’t be keep in the safety box, or any lost that take place meanwhile the room wouldn’t be lock with key.
